Les **techniques d'injection de polyuréthane** sont très au point et nécessitent différents contrôles lors de leur exécution. La première étape consiste à réaliser une étude préliminaire de l'état du mur à isoler. Ils doivent être espacés de moins d'un mètre et ne doivent pas être répartis sur un motif de grille, car les diagonales dépasseraient la mesure recommandée. Ensuite, le polyuréthane devra être injecté à travers ces trous, toujours du bas vers le haut, afin d'obtenir un remplissage optimal de la caisse à air. Le polyuréthane pourra ainsi se dilater afin de remplir toute la caisse à air en épousant ses moindres recoins. Une fois l'injection terminée, les trous devront être rebouchés et la surface uniformisée. **Ouverture irrégulière** : l'aiguille du pistolet est peut être mal réglée (réglez la position) ou la chambre de mélange sale (nettoyez la chambre). - **Ouverture avec veines colorées** : mauvais mélange dû à l'occlusion des composants (contrôlez la pression et/ou réparez l'occlusion) ou aux différences de viscosité (ajustez et augmentez les températures). - **Ouverture faible et étroite** : la viscosité des composants peut être trop élevée ou la température ambiante trop basse (augmentez la température et la pression). - **Ouverture large et formation de fumée** : trop d'air dans la pointe du pistolet (diminution du débit d'air) ou trop de pression dans le mélange (réduction de la pression). - **Le matériau met beaucoup de temps à réagir, il se détache**: la surface est froide (augmentez la température des tuyaux). - **Le matériau sort trop vite, finition irrégulière avec buée:** il y a une surpression (réduisez la pression d'air dans le pistolet et la pression du mélange). -
