Es un sistema continuo con la posibilidad de aislar térmicamente e impermeabilizar en una sola aplicación.  - El poliuretano proyectado generalmente presenta buena adherencia sobre los materiales constructivos, lo que permite una puesta en obra rápida y sencilla y garantiza la ausencia de juntas, descuelgues y asentamientos.  - La continuidad de la aplicación también protege de puentes térmicos.  Además, **la versatilidad del poliuretano proyectado permite ofrecer soluciones frente a la propagación del fuego en fachadas ventiladas**.    **Fachadas ventiladas: Seguridad en caso de incendio** Las **fachadas ventiladas**deben cumplir unas **exigencias de seguridad en caso de incendio** recogidas en el [**Apartado 1 de DB-SI2 del CTE**](https://www.codigotecnico.org/pdf/Documentos/SI/DBSI.pdf):  Los sistemas de aislamiento situados en el interior de cámaras ventiladas deben tener al menos la clasificación de reacción al fuego, **B-s3,d0** en **fachadas de altura hasta 28m. **  Debe limitarse el desarrollo vertical de las cámaras ventiladas de fachada en continuidad con los forjados resistentes al fuego que separan sectores de incendio. La inclusión de barreras E 30 se puede considerar un procedimiento válido para limitar dicho desarrollo vertical.  En aquellas fachadas de altura igual o inferior a 18 m cuyo arranque inferior sea accesible al público desde la rasante exterior o desde una cubierta, la clase de reacción al fuego, de los sistemas constructivos situados en el interior de cámaras ventiladas, **debe ser al menos B-s3,d0 hasta una altura de 3,5 m como mínimo.**  Estas exigencias aplican a edificios nuevos, y a rehabilitaciones en las que se intervenga la fachada o medianera por el exterior, y únicamente a los elementos intervenidos.  Exigencias de Reacción al fuego de soluciones de aislamiento térmico en fachadas ventiladas:  ![SyntheFOC, recubrimiento con reacción al fuego B-s1,d0 para fachadas ventiladas](https://blog.synthesia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SyntheFOC%2c%20recubrimiento%20con%20reacci%C3%B3n%20al%20fuego%20B-s1%2cd0%20para%20fachadas%20ventiladas.jpg?width=960&height=720&name=SyntheFOC%2c%20recubrimiento%20con%20reacci%C3%B3n%20al%20fuego%20B-s1%2cd0%20para%20fachadas%20ventiladas.jpg)   ##
