La sensación estática requiere una alta resistencia con la suavidad de la superficie y una buena firmeza para grandes pesos. Sin embargo, es el confort dinámico el que se puede considerar como clave. La habilidad de realizar todas las espuma flexible de poliuretano a la medida de las exigencias dinámicas específicas es, por lo tanto, una ventaja relevante del material. [**Synthesia Technology**](https://www.synthesia.com/) dispone de una **amplia gama** **de** **espuma flexible de poliuretano para los asientos de los automóviles**.         ## Ficha del Sistema de Poliuretano Syntheflex 9735-M-40 ### **Descripción** Syntheflex 9735-M-40 es un **sistema de poliuretano** de dos componentes, preparado y formulado para la obtención de **espumas flexibles moldeadas en frio**.   ### **Componentes** - COMPONENTE A: **Poliol 9735-M-40**, compuesto por una mezcla de polioles, con catalizadores y agentes espumantes. - COMPONENTE B: **Isocianato 5669**, MDI – Difenilmetanodiisocianato (MDI) modificado.   ### **Aplicaciones** El sistema es adecuado para la producción de piezas de espuma flexible moldeadas en frío con densidad moldeada entre 45-55 g/l.
