Impermeabilización del Auditorio del Parque Cerro Almodóvar (Madrid). Como sistema de protección ante filtraciones y sellado de estructuras se eligió el sistema combinado de Synthesia Technology: **Imprimación Syntox-FA + Urespray P-500.** Actualmente se realizan actividades culturales del distrito de la Latina y de los Veranos de la Villa. ## ![Caso de Estudio: Urespray P-500](https://blog.synthesia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Contenido%20Premium%20(descargables)/Casos%20de%20%C3%A9xito/07.%20Caso%20de%20%C3%A9xito%20-%20Urespray%20P-500/Fotos/IMG-20220120-WA0005.jpg?width=750&name=IMG-20220120-WA0005.jpg)   ## Descripción [URESPRAY P-500](https://blog.synthesia.com/es/tds-sys-coating-hot-urespray-p-500?tds__descargas=Urespray%20P-500&hsLang=es) es un sistema de elastómero de poliurea formado por la reacción de dos componentes líquidos de secado rápido (poliol e isocianato) a temperatura ambiente aplicados mediante pulverización mecánica. Syntox-FA es una imprimación anticorrosiva epoxídica de dos componentes, curada con poliamida y pigmentos inhibidores de la corrosión. Forma una película dura y con elevadas propiedades protectoras.   [![contacto](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/3332690/d410f0c6-1dce-4803-87b9-ca4a20d2fc32.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/3332690/d410f0c6-1dce-4803-87b9-ca4a20d2fc32)   ## Preparación y aplicación Inicialmente se debe proceder a: - Reparación de grietas/fisuras. - Tratamiento de juntas de dilatación. - Obertura del poro del substrato mediante pulimiento. - Limpieza del substrato.   ### Aplicación de la imprimación Syntox-FA Es el primer producto a aplicar. Se debe homogeneizar antes de su utilización y aplicarlo mediante brocha, rodillo o airless, siendo aconsejable airear los recintos cerrados. Se debe eliminar la posible condensación de humedad sobre el soporte a tratar antes de la aplicación de la Imprimación con Syntox-FA.   ### Aplicación de la Poliurea URESPRAY P-500: Se aplica después de haber aplicado el producto Syntox-FA. El método práctico de aplicación es mediante los equipos de proyección en caliente. En ambientes fríos se recomienda regular la temperatura de los precalentadores de los componentes para equiparar presiones y garantizar una buena mezcla. Se recomienda aplicar en dos o tres capas para alcanzar el grueso optimo (2mm aprox.). Es posible pigmentar el URESPRAY P-500 en diferentes colores, en este caso en rojo.   ![Urespray P-500](https://blog.synthesia.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Contenido%20Premium%20(descargables)/Casos%20de%20%C3%A9xito/07.%20Caso%20de%20%C3%A9xito%20-%20Urespray%20P-500/Fotos/IMG-20220120-WA0008.jpg?width=750&name=IMG-20220120-WA0008.jpg)   ## Propiedades Las excelentes propiedades de la [Poliurea URESPRAY P-500](https://blog.synthesia.com/es/aplicacion-de-poliurea-urespray-p-500?hsLang=es) permiten rehabilitar cualquier superficie de manera óptima: - La poliurea se adhiere a cualquier superficie gracias a su versatilidad, lo que la convierte en el producto ideal para aplicarse en áreas irregulares. - También se adhiere a cualquier tipo de material: cemento, hormigón, poliuretano, madera, metal, etc. - Es un producto de gran dureza, durabilidad y resistencia al desgaste, inerte a los cambios de temperatura. - Es un sistema de impermeabilización con un acabado uniforme, lo que hace que sea de fácil mantenimiento. - Además, su rápida reacción garantiza las propiedades de impermeabilización en menos de tres horas, aunque sus condiciones óptimas se alcanzan en 24 horas. - **Urespray P-500** se puede pigmentar en distintos colores, mediante la adición in situ de pigmentos inorgánicos.
